g pendix A Notice of Violation Florida Power Corporation License No. DPR-072 Based on the results of NRC inspections conducted on November 8-10, 1977, it appears that certain of your activities were not conducted in full compliance with NRC regulations and license conditions as indicated below.
This item has been categorized as described in our correspondence to you dated December 31, 1974.
Technical Specification 6.8.1 requires that written procedures be established, implemented and maintained for the activities recommended in Appendix "A" of Regulatory Guide 1.33, November 1972, which includes Administrative Instructions.
Contrary to the above, at numerous times during the period January-October 1977, maintenance activities were performed on safety-

i removal of components from service, (2) the conduct of maintenance actions and (3) the restoration of components to service as required i
by Administrative Instruction (AI) No. 400, Plant Operating Quality Assurance Manual Control Document and AI 600, Conduct of Maintenance.
