Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
We offer the following supplemental information concerning an item of non-compliance noted in the referenced Inspection Report.
Paragraph 3 of Page 3 of my letter to you of 7 February 1978 should be modified to read as follows:
"To avoid further non-compliance, the Manager, Nuclear Support Services will review and approve the procedures utilized by contractors to implement the nonradiological environmental monitoring programs of Sections 3.1.1, 3.1.2, 3.1.3 and 3.1.4 of the Appendix B Technical Specifications."
This should result in compliance with the Technical Specification require-ments.
