Dear Mr. Long:
We wish to amend our letter to you of August 9 regarding our response to the deficiency addressed in your report of Visit 76-11. Our responses concerning the corrective action noted as No.1, No. 2 and No. 3 are amended as follows:
1.
FPC Quality Manual Procedure QP 14.11 is being revised to delete reference to permanently installed instrumentation and controls.
H is revision has completed the in-house review cycle and will be issued by September 24, 1976.
2.
Interoffice memo of Deceder 19,1975, MGT-505, was in error regard-ing calibration stickers on safety-related instruments. These are i
now void and are to be disregarded.
