i Based on the results of an NRC inspection conducted during the period May 2-6, 1977, it appears that one of your activities was not conducted in conformance with your comitments to the Comission as indicated below:

Contrary to FSAR Section 11.2.5, the radioactive solid waste packaging system is not funtetional and is not capable of processing evaporator concentrates for offsite shipment in accordance with applicable regula-tions.
