Bonorable James R. Mamm concerne of the public, and we will promptly investigata any substative information brought to our attention relating to the safety of AEC licensed facilities.
In the ascond paragraph of his Janu.try 14, 1974 letter to you, Mr. Parrott refers to a'Istter sent to Mr. Moselay.
Since Mr. Parrott was unable to supply you a copy of this latter, a :opy is enclosed for your information.
I have asked Mr. Moselay to arrange a personal meeting with Mr. Parrott to attempt to clarify these matters and to further emplain our inspection program.
