The results of the above meeting will be reported under separate cover as IE Report No. 50-334/80-04.
Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions documented in your letter and discussed at the above meeting.
These actions will be examined during subseqLent inspections of your licensed program. We further acknowiecge receipt cf your payment of the civil penalty in the amount of S5,000.00, in accordance with our letter of December 5,1979.
