Dear Mr. Allan:
This letter is in response to the Notice of Violation resulting from the above referenced inspection.
Both items of non-compliance were corrected by November 5,1979 as indicated in the inspection report (p.3, p.4 & p.ll).
These corrected items of non-compliance are 1.) 10 CFR 19.i1 parta (a) s (b)
"Pos ting of Notices to Workers", and 2.) 10 CFR 19.11 part (c) - Form NRX-3:
" Notice to Employees." These notices are now posted in the Reactor Room and the Radioisotopes Laboratory.
