This refers to your letter dated December 18, 1979, in response to our letter
dated December 11, 1979.
We understand based on telephone contacts on January 3,1980, by Mr. Plumlee of
this office with Dr. Jordan and Mr. Keene of your staff, that a cnanga will be
made, by April,1980, in the standing instructions to include the periodic veri-
fication of the required posted information on the periodic routine surveys of
areas where licensed activities are conducted.
If this understanding is incorrect, please notify this office in writing within
seven (7) days.
Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions documented
in your letter.
These actions will be examined during a subsequent inspection
of your licensed program.
