The check was to be in payment of a requested Class II fee pursuant to 10 CFR Part 170.22 for review of your August 28, 1979 Simulator Retraining Program for the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station.

The check, referenced in your letter dated January 10, 1980 (80-9),

is being returned to you with this letter because it is stated thereon to be " Void sixty days from date."

It is requested that a new check with a negotiable date in the amount of

$1,200 be forwarded to us within fifteen days from the date of this letter.
