APPENDIX A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Philadelphia Electric Company Docket Nos. 50-277 50-278 This refers to the inspection conducted by a representative of the Region I Office at the Peach Bottom Atomic Power Plant site, Delta, Pennsylvania, of activities authorized by NRC License No. CPR-56.
During this inspection, conducted on September 24-25 and 28,1979, the following apparent item of noncompliance was identified.
10 CFR 50, Appendix B, Criterion XVI. states in part, that:
" Measures shall be established to ensure that... condition adverse to quality,... are promptly identified and corrected...."
Contrary to the above, on August 21, 1979, it was identified by quality control that bolt patterns for the base plates of Hanger Nos. 33HB-H266 and 33HB-H267 did not conform to specified bolt patterns on the applicable isometric drawings, however, no corrective action was initiated to solve and correct this noncon-formance as of the date of this inspection (Septerrber 25,1979).
This is an infraction.
