In accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e) we are submitting the attached report concerning a violation of piping minimum wall thickness. We previously made a verbal report to Mr. R. G. Taylor on May 22, 1979 and submitted an interim report logged TXX-3038 dated September 11, 1979.
