It should be noted that our October 17, 1974, letter referenced other and that as a incidents that occurred on September 11,14, and 15,1974; r esult of subsequent reviews conducted af ter our October 17, 1974, s ub-mittal, we have deternined that these occurrences were due to statistical variations of background levels.

Compiling of additional information regarding these occurrences, therefore, is not necessary.

Further, none of the limits given in the Unit 1 Technical Specifications were violated.
