It is our understanding that the telephone conversations of October 7, 8, and 10,1974, (see confirmation letters of October 8, 9, and 11,1974, to Mr. J. P. O'Reilly, DORO 1) fulfilled the notification requirecents of 10CFR20.403.

Exposure and Concentrations of Radioactive Material With regard to the Calculated Maximum Dosages for those individuals occupying the 281-foot level of the Auxiliary Building at the tice of the releases, it should be noted that the Auxiliary and Fuel. Handling Building Ventilation System was not performing properly, uith the result that the design air flow balance was not being achieved (see Nonroutine 30-Day Report 74-01, dated November 8, 1974).
With regard to our determination that no individual received a radia-tion dose in excess of the 40-hour ITC values given in 10CFR20, Appendix B, it should be noted that based on the composition of the radiogas mixtures and the concentrations of the radionuclides in those mixtu rer., the pc.rcissahic stay tines for the releases in which paraor.na'.
