Your letter of July 10, 1973 transmitted to me copies of Regulatory Operations docu=ents pertcining to Three Mile Island Nuclear Station Unit 1.
It was requested that Metropolitan Edison Company review these documents to identify any proprietary infor-mation contained therein, prior to disclosure of said information pursuant to Section 2.790 of 10 CFR Part 2, " Rules of Practice".
Met-Ed has reviewed the documentation and finds that there is no evidence of proprietary information contained therein.
