LER CONTINUATION -- RO #1-77-99 Facility:

BSEP Unit #1 Event Date 11-14-77 Corrective Action:

The pressure switch was immediately exercised throughly and recalibrated on 11-14-77.

The repeatability of the switch was checked to assure proper operation.

Action to Prevent Recurrence:

Trouble ticket 1-E-2672 was written to replace B32-PS-N018A and the instrument was replaced with a new instrument on 11-17-77.

P.T. 2.1.23 (Section A) was performed at this time satisfactorily.
