We acknowledge receipt yo"r check (No. 8060) for Twenty-Six Thousand Dollars ($26,000) remitted in full payment of the Notice of Proposed Imposition of Civil Penalties dated January 12, 1979.
Based on a telephone conversation between Mr. Finfrock and Mr. Allan of our Region I Office on February 16, 1979, we understand that the review of the radiation monitoring instrument maintenance and calibration program will be completed by April 5,1979.
