Grier, dated April 25, 1979 We have reviewed the actions that were identified in the referenced letter along with the progress you reported in the meeting on September 5,1979 with representatives of our staff. Based on this review, we find that there is no commitment that would be defeated by withdrawing the backshift radiation protection foreman provided you assure that the effectiveness of the radiation protection program would not be compromised by such action.
