APPENDIX A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Alabama Power Company License No. CPPR-86 Farley Nuclear Plant Based on the NRC inspection March 27-29, 1979, certain of your activities were apparently not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements as indicated below.
These items have been categorized as described in corre-spondence to you dated December 31, 1974.
A.
As required by Criterion V of Appendix B to 10 CFR 50, and implemented by FNP FSAR Section 17.1.5.3, QC procedures set forth the QA/QC require-ments and practices controliing the retrieval of void drawings and specifications. Field QC Procedure 5.3.2.1 requires that superseded drawings be stamped VOID if maintained as a work record.
Contrary to the above, superseded drawings Nos. D207459 Revision 14, and D207452 Revision 12 were found in the field and were not identified as being VOID. Drawing control records indicate that the current revision level for these two drawings had advanced two levels.
These drawings were found in a work area and could have been used for the installation of conduit.
This is an infraction.
