Dear Mr. O'Reilly:

The inspection report trar.smitted by Mr. Murphy's letter of April 11, 1979, has been reviewed by all concerned parties and we do not consider any of the information contained therein to be proprietary.

We have taken the following action in response to the item noted in the inspection report: .

5. Independent Inspection Efforts - Unit 2 Infraction 364/79-06-01 Improper control of Revised Electrical Drawingg_
1) A. Tha cause of the subject discrepancy was that the drawings were inadvertently left in the electrical penetration room when personnel were dismissed due to cut back.

B. The electrical department made a search of all buildings for void drawings and specifications, in order to meet the practices of controlling the retrieval of void drawings. The requirements of QCP 5.3.2.1, which requires that superseded drawings be stamped " Void" if maintained as a Work Record is being implemented.
