We have received Mr. Davis' January 16, 1979 response to Mr. Fates' January 2, 1979 letter. While we are pleased that he clarified the original NRC corre-spondence by stating that no discrepancies regarding completeness and accuracy of information have been identified in the submittals of Dublic Service Company we did not note that you, as Project Manager or anyone on the usual service list, received a copy of Mr. Davis' letter.
