Arkansas Power and Light Company Docket No. 50-368 Enclosure (1)
Notice of Violation Based on the results of the inspection conducted February 5-9, i979, it appears that one of your activities was not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements as indicated below:
Appendix B Technical Specifications 2.2.1.4 and 2.2.2.2 (Monitoring Requirements) requires that liquid and gaseous effluent monitors be calibrated at least quarterly.
Contrary to the above, none of the liquid monitors and only three (3) of eight (8) gaseous monitors have been calibrated.
This is an infraction.
