Reference (1) forwarded the RSB update to the River Bend Draft SER. to Reference (1) listed the items for which additional information is still required. This memo is provided to clarify review responsibilities for item 8(b) given in the " Transient and Accident Analysis (15)" section of enclosure 1 of reference (1).

This item addressea procedures for dealing with ATWS events. As discussed in riference (2) responsibility for this review now lies with the Procedures and Systems Review Branch, DHFS. Accordingly, item 8(b) may be deleted from the RSB open item list.
