PROPOSED LICENSE TO EXPORT PARTS AND COMPONENTS

TO THE PHILIPPINE NUCLEAR POWER PLANT UNIT NO. 1 (LICENSE APPLICATION XCOM-0013)
The Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards concurs in the draft staff paper pertaining to the above action (re Marvin R. Peterson's routing slip dated January 5,1979) on the condition that the " MEMORANDUM TO THE FILE" (Attachment B) be changed as follows:
Delete the first sentence in the second indented paragraph under
" Criterion 1 - Safeguards." in its entirety and delete "all source or special fissionable material in" from the following sentence.
