APPENDIX A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Duke Power Company License No. CPPR-167 Cherokee Unit 1 Based on the NRC inspection February 6-8, 1979, certain of your activities were apparently not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements as indicated below.
These items have been categorized as described in correspondence to you dated December 31, 1974.
Criterion X of Appendix B to 10 CFR 50, as implemented by DPC Topical Report " Duke 1-A" Section 17, Paragraph 17.1.10 specifies that measure-ments of material shall be performed for each work oneration where necessary to assure quality.
DPC Construction Department QA Procedure M-2 provides form M-2L for daily recording of temperature and relative humidity in the concrete moist curing room.
Contrary to the above, temperature and relative humidity in the moist curing room were not measured on the following dates:
December 14-18, 1978 December 23-26, 1978 December 29,1978-January 2,1979 January 20-22, 1979 January 26-28, 1979
