Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
In response to Mr. Murphy's letter of May 10, 1979 transmitt ng the subject IE Inspection Reports, Duke Power does not consider any of the information contained in those reports to be proprietary.
A correction should be made to the report in that it cites Tennessee Valley Authority as the licensee. This should be changed to Duke Power Company.
