Dear Sir:
Enclosed are three (3) originals and forty (40) copies of pages 4 and 5 of the Crystal River Unit 3 Facility Operating License. These pages are to replace the pages 4 and 5 which were proposed in Technical Specification Change Request No. 50, dated September 24, 1979.
The revisions to these pages include dates for NRC accep-tance of License Conditions 2.C.(5) and 2.C.(7), providing the correct License Condition 2.C.(9) (Fire Protection Pro-gram), and correctly including the Secondary Water Chemistry Monitoring Program as License Condition 2.C.(10).
Florida Power Corporation hereby requests that the Facility Operating License for Crystal River Unit 3 be reissued in its entirety when the attached license pages 4 and 5 have been approved.
