fire hazard analysis will be required for any specific proposal identifying fire hazards and how plant safety systems and equipment will be protected.

Utilities referencing this Topical Report in their application will be required to demonstrate that release of radioactive materials to

the environment due to fire involving the entire inventory of contaminated waste will not exceed a small fraction of the limits set forth in 10 CFR Part 100.
