LER CONTINUATION -- RO# 2-80-17 Facility: BSEP Unit # 2 Event Date 1-18-80 by" maintenance it was reviewed as a priority "4" ticket and filed accordingly.

A new maintenance system, which started on January 1,1980, now provides for two et tenance reviews of all trouble tickets when received, which should help in detecting incorrectly classified trouble tickets. A new operating instruction is being written to provide for LCO coverage on equipment found when the plant is in a condition where the component is not required, but where a change in the plant condition (mode) would require the component operable. All licensed Operations personnel will review this LER.
