TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE REQUEST - TOLED0 EDIS0N COMPANY (TEC0) RE0RGANIZATION It is requested that action be initiated by you to review the licensee's (TECO) Technical Specification amendment request for the Davis-Besse 1 plant forwarded by letter dated December 6,1979.
The proposed organizational change consolidates nuclear operations and nuclear engineering under a single vice-president.
You are requested to provide your written evaluation of the reorganization.
TACS Number 12617 has been assigned to this task. A copy of the December 6, 1979 submittal is enclosed for the assigned reviewer's convenien_e.
