Dear George:

(

At the meeting held on September 5, 1979, in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, between representatives of Essex Corporation ("Essex") and Metropolitan Edison Company

(" Met-Ed") operating personnel, the Met-Ed employees were given copies of an eleven-page drawing prepared by Essex and depicting in columnar form the actions of Met-Ed operating personnel during the first one hundred and forty minutes of the accident at Three Mile Island Unit 2.

The Met-Ed employees at the September 5, 1979 meeting were asked to identify any gross errors they detected in the drawing.

I have received the following corrections to the Essex drawing; please note that the list may not be exhaustive.

/> "Fau s t" column : At 00:14 change " Notices noise in vib. & LP monitor" to

" verifies s/g levels coming down on start-up range; verificsmain feed pumps
