Your letter dated March 23, 1979, transmitted a Safeguards Contingency Plan for Arkansas Nuclear One - Units 1 and 2 to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation for review and approval. With your letter, we received a Class III amendment / approval fee of $4,000. By letter dated July 3,1979, we advised your Ccmpany that a Class I duplicate fee of
$400 was also required since the plan involved two units.
We have not received the additional fee.
It should be forwarded to this office within fifteen days after your receipt of this letter.
