In accordance with 10 CFR 73.ho, please find enclosed five copies (copy numbers 1-5) of the Arkansas Nuclear One Safeguards Contingency Plan.
This Contingency Plan is submitted as Appendix A to the Industrial Security Plan (dated January 11, 1979). Accordingly, we have revised the Table of Contents and Section 8 to the Industrial Security Plan with those affected pages also being included.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 170.12, and discussions with members of your staff, we have determined your approval of the Safeguards Contingency Plan to involve a Class III approval. A check in the amount of th000 is enclosed.
Due to the proprietary nature of the enclosed information, we request-the attached be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(d).
