The Comission has issued the enclosed Amendm ' !1o. 42 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-1 for Trojan Nuclear Plant. ine amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application dated August 13, 1979, as supplemented August 22 and September 12, 1979.
The amendment revises the Administrative Controls section of the Technical Specifications relating to both the on-site and off-site organizational structure.
Copies of the Safety Evaluation and the Notice of Issuance are also enclosed.
