This refers to your letter dated May 18, 1979, in response to our letter
dated April 26, 1979 and your letter of January 5, 1979 in response to

our letter of December 8, 1978.
The apparent item of noncompliance identified during Inspection 50-333/78-25
V3R discussed by our inspector with members of your staff during that
inspection. However, it appears that the information examined by our
inspector at that time was not complete. We hope that all necessary relevant
information will be brought to the attention of our inspectors prior to the
end of future inspections, in so far as possible. The apparent item of
noncompliance in Inspection and Enforcement Inspection Report 50-333/78-25
is reclassified as an acceptable item and Appendix A to our letter of
December 8, 1978 is cancelled.
