The Commission's Office of the Controller has been authorized to refund the Class II amendment fee of $1,200 for Oyster Creek which was for your appli-cation dated June 1,1979, on fire protection.
The Conrission determined that a waiver of the license amendment fee for these Technical Specification changes relating to fire protection is appropriate.
The refund is now being processed b3 the Controller's office and will be sent to you as soon as possible.
