INSPECTION REPORT NOS. 50-369/79-22 AND 50-370/79-11 Infraction 369/79-15-02; Lack of Decemented Prccedure for Main Steam Safety Valve '3sembly Supplemental Response Infraction 369/79-15-02 was originally interpreted by Duke Power Company as involving only procedural deficiencies in the reassembly of the main steam safety valves.
As a result the response only addressed this aspect of the infraction.
In subsequent discussions with Region II personnel and in IE Report Nos. 50-369/79-22, 50-370/79-11, additional information was requested to supplement our original response.
