The amendment is effective as of its date of issuance.
The license is amended by revising certain Tecnnical Specifications to permit the following:
1.
Alternate procedures for containment air lock seal leak rate testing 2.
Plant operation witn increased ultimate heat sink temperatures 3.
Renoval of most orifice rod assemolies and addition of retainers on the remaining orifice rod assemolies and on :ne ournacle poison rod assemclies 4.
Replacement of the main stean safety valves.
The application for the amendment conplies with tne standards anc requirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as anenced (the Act), anc the Comission's rules and regulations.
