LER CONTINUATION -- RO# 2-79-095 Facility: BSEP Unit No. 2 Event Date: 11-10-79 fit. The scuffing on the stem and bushing was c1 caned and the surfaces were polished smooth. The valve was reassembled, the setpoint established, and the valve was test-ed satisfactorily. This is considered an isolated event, and no further action is required.
