Enclosed are three (3) originals and forty (40) copies of Technical Specification Change Request No. 53, requesting amendment to Appendix A of Operating License No. DPR-72. As part of this request, proposed replacement pages for Appendix A are enclosed.
This Change Requeet will allow a calibration error of f 2% RTP in the out-of-core instrumentation. Florida Power Corporation considers Change Request No. 50 to be a Class III Amendment per 10 CFR 170.22 as it involves a single safety issue.
A licensing fee in the amount of Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000.00) and a signed copy of Certificate of Service for Technical Specification Change Request No. 50 to the Chief Executive of Citrus County, Florida, are enclosed.
