This refers to the Notice of Deviation as identified in Appendix A of Inspection Report No. 79-28.
Corrective actions concerning this item are as follows:
(1)
Section 14.1.1.1 of the FSAR is being revised in upcoming Amendment 16 to state that the Plant Manager or his designated alternate will approve Phase II Preoperational Test Procedures.
(2) The Plant Manager has issued a letter (CGSS-04-0296-NO), dated September 24, 1979, to the plant staff stating who may serve as his designated alternates.
