APPENDIX A NOTICE OF DEVIATION South Carolina Electric and Gas Company License No. CPPR-94 V. C. Summer Nuclear Station, Unit 1 Based on the results of the NRC inspection conducted on August 13 - September 14, 1979, certain of your activities appear to deviate from your commitments to the Commission as indicated below.
Section 14.1.1.1 of the FSAR states that Phase II Preoperational Test Procedures will be approved by the Plant Manager.
Contrary to the above, the following Phase II Preoperational Test Proce-dures were approved by the Startup Supervisor instead of the Plant Manager:
