O l The failure of the HPCI Steam Line Inboard Valve to isolate was due to the torque l

I switch being set on a conservative setting. The engineering package for the valve was j reviewed and it was determined that a higher setting could be used to provide more l

The valve was then cycled and found to be operating (Copt) l valve placed back in service.
