With your application for license amendment dated September 28, 1979, which you filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR), per-taining to Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit 1, secondary water chemistry monitoring, you paid a Class III amendment fee of $4,000. The OrlRR review staff has advised this office that the action required by your application is pro forma and administrative in nature and, therefore, is in the Class II fee category. Consequently, we have concurrently authorized the Office of the Controller to refund to your Company the $2,800 difference between Classes II and III.
The refund is now being processed and will be sent to you as soon as possible.
