We have reviewed the corrective and preventive actions you documented
in response to our correspondence.

Upon further review of the subject area, it was determined that the
procedures in question were alternately designated as Health Physics
Procedure 1670.12 and Radiation Emergency Procedure 1670.12, both.
designations appearing as part of your Emergency Plans and Procedures.

Revision 0 of'this procedure was dated and approved on March 6,'1974,

Failures to perform required et:1ergency equipment inventories after
this date formed the basis of our enforcement action.
It also .
appears at present, that the requirement for performing emergency
equipment inventories is included in two separate procedures, the
procedure noted above and H.P. 1778 noted in your letter of June

The corrective actions described in the above referenced letter will
be examined during a subsequent inspection of your licensed program.
