v NOTICE OF VIOLATION Metropolitan Edison Company Three Mile Island Nuclear Station License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Based on the result of an NRC inspection on April 9,1975, it appears that one of your activities was not conducted in full compliance with conditions of your NRC Facility License No. DPR-50 as indicated below:
Contrary to Sections 6.2.1 and 6.2.3 of your Technical Specifications and Health Physics Procedure 1670.12, " Emergency Equipment Readiness Check," emergency equipment was not checked and inventoried from April through November of 1974.
This infraction had the potential for causing or contributing to an occurrence related to safety.
