9 Contrary to the above, the fire which occurred on July 28, 1972 within the RP4 nozzle of Unit lio. I reactor pressure vessel, and which deposited quantities of chloride contaminants in the reactor coolant systen, was not reported to the AIC until Aurust 4, 1972.
Furthermore, no written report of this renortable deficicney was submitted to the AT.C vithin the 30 day period folleving the incident.
