The Comission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 32 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-50 for the Three Mile Island fluclear Station, Unit No. 1.
The amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application dated February 10, 1977, as revised August 12, 1977.
This amendment incorporates fire protection Technical Sneci#ications on the existing fire protection ecuipment and administrative controls at your facility, which were acreed to by your staff in discussions with the NRC staff.
In order to provide a period of time to modify procedures to conforn with the details of the enclosed interin Technical Specifications and to ccmplete required personnel training where necessary the arendrent becenes effective 30 days after the date of issue.
Copies of the Safety Evaluation and the t;otice of Issuance are also enclosed.
