Dear Mr. O'Reilly:

Duke Power had previously comitted to have a calibration program for sieves in effect by July 1, 1979. Due to problems encountered in getting the necessary calibration equipment and personnel to do the calibration, we request a delay in the implementation of this program until August 1, 1979. In discussions between J. R. Wells of Duke Power and Jack Bryant of the NRC, Atlanta office, it was agreed that this would be satisfactory.

This is a formal notification to you of this agreement.
