Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
Guke Power Company informed you on December 20, 1978, with respect to construction deficiency No. 491, 492, 493/78-08-03, a Halon fire protection system was on order and would be installed in the Cherokee Nuclear Station QA Vault. This system was installed and full compliance achieved on July 6, 1979.
