Gentlemen:
In discussing details or the apparent deviation contained in IE Inspec-
tion Report No. 50-346/79-14 via telephone with a Davis-Besse representa-
tive, certain new information and clarification of existing information
relative to the referenced deviation was obtained. We believe this
information substantiates that reviews of the Emergency Plan were per-
formed as required by the Station Review Board. The deviation transmitted
to you in the abovo. report is therefore cancelled. Please insert revised
pages 1 and 4 in your inspection report and remove and destroy Appendix A
to the transmittal letter.
